Baltimore City Community College or BCCC offers continuing education programs such as General Educational Development (GED), which prepares students to take the Tests of General Educational Development administered by the Maryland State Department of Education in order to acquire a Maryland High School Diploma; English As a Second Language (ESL) training; and Adult Basic Education (ABE), which provides literacy skills.
