You will enjoy small classes taught by industry experienced chefs and professors from around the world, who incorporate a blend of theory and academics, with hands-on experience. Baltimore International College is an independent, not-for-profit, four year college accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association, approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, and programmatically accredited by the American Culinary Federation, and offers specialized master's, baccalaureate, associate degrees, and a certificate program through BIC's School of Graduate Studies, School of Culinary Arts, and School of Hotel Restaurant and Catering Management. Faculty members include chefs and academic instructors of high academic distinction.
