Baltimore City Community College or BCCC offers continuing education programs such as General Educational Development (GED), which prepares students to take the Tests of General Educational Development administered by the Maryland State Department of Education in order to acquire a Maryland High School Diploma; English As a Second Language (ESL) training; and Adult Basic Education (ABE), which provides literacy skills. The College is committed to enhancing the economic prospects of Baltimore?s citizens through computer literacy and knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies aimed at 21st century employment.
