Carl Sandburg College is participating with other two and four year Illinois College and Universities to list a core curriculum that if complete here will allow you to meet the core requirements at their respective school. This option is designed for the student who does not intend to get an associate degree, but who plans on transferring to a four year college or university. The Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Arts in Teaching (AAT), Associate in Science (AS), Associate in Engineering Science (AES), or Associate in Fine Arts (AFA) degree is for those students planning to transfer to a senior college or university to earn a Baccalaureate degree.
