How rare are transfer students at Penn?

Transferring is basically a numbers game. Most external transfers that come to Wharton have 4.0's or near-4.0's from top universities and had strong high school records. The cutoffs are a bit more lenient for SAS/SEAS/etc, but you do need a fairly solid record. Read More...
