KeyFacts®

Every year we request updated information about your school for our KeyFacts 2.0 database. KeyFacts supports the college search mechanism on www.CollegeView.com, www.GradView.com, and www.USAeducationguides.com, as well as the search function of the Naviance Workspace K12 product, which is used in 2,200 high schools in 48 countries. Our Web sites receive more than 272,000 unique visitors every month, generating millions of KeyFacts (school information) viewings each year.

The information contained in the KeyFacts database not only provides potential applicants with detailed information about your school, but also helps students locate your school during their college search efforts.

So that we can represent all institutions equally, we update our data twice a year with certain information obtained from the IPEDS survey, which your institution may complete. The IPEDS data represents only 20 percent of the data contained in Keyfacts, so it is critical that you log in to KeyFacts to update the remaining facts about your school.

Updating your information is very important, but it’s also easy and convenient. Simply:

  2. Enter your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact us at (800) 927-8439, ext. 3247, or keyfacts@hobsons-us.com
