About Leads

  1. Who qualifies as a silver inquiry?
Silver inquiries are students we have met at fairs or who have registered online. These students have expressed a desire to continue their education, but have not indicated a specific school.

A follow-up e-mail is automatically sent to these students, providing them with a username and password. The e-mail encourages them to visit the site and conduct school searches.
  2. Who qualifies as a gold inquiry?
Gold inquiries are students who have performed an online search and specifically requested information from your university.
  3. Who qualifies as a platinum inquiry?
A student inquiry goes from gold to platinum once they have answered the questions in the platinum e-mail. The student's responses to your platinum survey will be included in your weekly e-mail report.
  4. What is a platinum e-mail?
This is a personalized message that is written by your school and sent to your gold inquiriess. The e-mail provides an opportunity to make initial contact with prospective students. It includes a survey that allows you to gather additional information about those students. Review our sample platinum e-mail (pdf) for guidance in writing your own.

    • 3-5 qualify questions of your choosing (asking anything you would like to know about the student, such as financial abilities or programs of interest)
