Updates
If you are updating an existing presentation, your school’s screens and CD packaging will be posted on a Web portal page along with a proposed production schedule. Please be sure to review each screen for outdated information such as URLs, important dates, tuition, and fees. All text updates should be sent electronically in a Word document. If you are updating photos, audio, and/or video, please indicate the screen number you want updated. All materials are due by the materials deadline specified on the production schedule and should be sent electronically or via guaranteed mail to your client development account manager.
After the updates have been made, a proof will be posted on the Web portal page for your review and approval. Any changes should be identified and sent electronically to Hobsons.Once the changes have been made and the approval forms received, Hobsons will prepare the CD for replication. Once you have signed the approval forms, no further changes can be accepted. Your CD-ROMs will be delivered approximately four to six weeks from this time.
