A customized presentation design gives you creative control over the look and feel of your presentation. Your publishing team will work with you to create a design that is completely tailored to your school.
Guidelines:
- Discuss with the Hobsons team what you have in mind for your design.
- Supply samples of your other recruiting materials to give your Hobsons designer a feel for what kind of image you want to portray.
- The Hobsons designer will create a mock-up and post it on the Web for your approval prior to building your presentation. Please notify your client development account manager right away to proceed with the design.

If you are replicating CD-ROMs, we will need to develop artwork to include on the CD-ROM itself and on the cardboard sleeve. See the guidelines below for details on how to submit the materials for your packaging artwork.
Below is a sample of what our standard packaging looks like (not actual size). Our standard package is shrink-wrapped and the back of the cardboard sleeve may include your return or reply address so you can use the CDs as a mailer. The outer package is printed in full color and the CD-ROM label is printed using up to four spot colors.

Special packaging options, including Web business cards and inserts, are available; contact your sales representative for details at (800) 927-8439.
Guidelines:
- TIFF or EPS formats are preferred. The resolution should be 300 dpi. Please see the material submission section for instructions.
- Logos must be sent electronically in Adobe Illustrator format. Please provide any necessary fonts.
- Please indicate the specific PMS (PANTONE Matching System) colors you would like used for printing your packaging.
- Supply the complete address and contact information you would like listed in the upper left corner on the back panel of the sleeve.
- For postage indicia, please provide permit number and exact wording (if applicable).
- Hobsons' copyright and instructions information will be provided on the lower half of the back panel of the sleeve.
