Review and Approve
Hobsons will post a link to the proof of your presentation on the Project Portal Page usually 2-3 weeks after you submit your materials. You can refer to your production schedule to determine exactly when your proof link will be posted. The main purpose of the first proof is to review content and design. You can submit changes electronically. The changes will be implemented and you will be sent a final CD proof along with approval forms in the mail so that you can proof the entire presentation including functionality.
It will be important at this time to pull your project team together to view the final proof. You will have approximately one week to review your proof and to fax us the approval form, the replication authorization agreement, and the shipping instructions form. Once you have signed the approval forms, no further changes can be accepted.
Your presentation is now ready for final proofreading and quality assurance testing. Your editor will review your entire presentation and pass the presentation to our quality assurance team to check functionality. Your presentation will be ready for replication once it is cleared by both our editorial and quality assurance departments. This takes approximately one week. Your CD-ROMs will be delivered four to six weeks after the final approvals have been received.
